Cottages are priced for comfort, septic and space restrictions. Where permitted, 1 extra person INCLUDING CHILDREN is allowed per cottage for $15/day AND prior approval is required for all extra persons.
Cottages rent by the week only from June 12th until August 8th; half from Saturday to Saturday and half from Sunday to Sunday. (staying less than 1 week add $10/night to nightly rates) Before June 12th and after August 98th, there is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 night on holiday weekends. Rates do not include state and local taxes and are subject to change without notice.
